We love to work with anyone looking to integrate fitness into her lifestyle.   We believe that fitness can be a part of your everyday life, and we will work with you to find ways for you to integrate a routine into your hectic, busy schedule.

The Healthy Goddess program offers individual, couples and small group training focused on achieving your goals.You can choose to work with us at our studio or we can come to your home. We are committed to helping you develop long-term fitness and healthy eating habits that will last for your lifetime.

The Workouts :

All workouts will be designed specifically for you and will include cardiovascular, resistance and flexibility training. After a full fitness assessment we move to goal setting. Together we set realistic, measurable goals for you. From there, we develop a realistic workout program for you to follow that will set you up for success. We select milestones for tracking your progress to assure you are moving in the right direction and to celebrate your success. Our objective is to help you achieve your goals and to support you in adopting a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable long term.

Our Packages:

Goddess Treat Herself Package

Goddess Treat Herself Package: Need a kick-start to get moving toward your fitness goal? Then this is the package for you. We will meet three times per week in your home**, or at our studio and move you to a new place. You will notice changes right away. We will discuss healthy eating plans of action along the way to keep your eating as healthy as your workouts.  Go ahead, treat yourself!

3 sessions per week for 3 months* -  $1730 plus tax

Goddess Get it Done Package

Goddess Get it Done Package: This package gets the job done by meeting 2 days per week for three months. We can meet in your home** or at our studio. We will work on your goals, and make a plan for all 7 days of the week. We also recommend you visit Dr.  Brooke Weitz, ND our fabulous Nutritionist with this package.

2 sessions per week for 3 months* – $1250 plus tax

Individual sessions
(1-2 people)  never expire  – $70 plus tax

*All sessions expire 3 months from first scheduled session.

**Additional fee for travel more than 10 miles from our trainer’s base.  Give us a call for locations.
