This class is for those who love to run, but are looking for a little more push. We run stairs, hills and sometimes trails. We do lunges, push-ups and arm circles. We try to continue to challenge ourselves throughout the session. We also have fun!
We meet in a different location each week, so along with getting a terrific workout, you also might learn new places to go on your own. (you must be able to run 4 miles at an 11 minute mile pace comfortably to join this class).
