
This is the first time we are offering this program on the East Side. Train for the Rock N Roll half marathon (June 26, 2010) The Goddess Way! We include training, injury prevention and pampering.
Our program is like no other and includes:
*12 weekly group runs
*Full 12 week program schedule for every day of the week. (Includes track workouts, strength workouts and cross training workouts.)
*Post Race Massage
*Injury prevention workshop
*Shoe Fitting Session
*Nutrition session (what to eat, when to eat, and your questions answered)
Starts: March 27, 2010 – 12 weeks – Saturdays
Location: Marymoor Park
Time: 9:00am (times may vary depending upon run length)
