In this workout, you move and you rest letting your body guide you. The trainer makes sure you are progressing and getting a full body workout. Wednesday Morning Workout at West Woodland School Playground

This is a neighborhood class for those looking for a little support from the group. Class is a bootcamp style workout, meaning circuits, body weight exercises, strengthening, and cardio. Work at your own pace with lots of encouragement!

Hard Core Bootcamp


This class is for those who love to run, but are looking for a little more push. We run stairs, hills and sometimes trails. We do lunges, push-ups and arm circles. We try to continue to challenge ourselves throughout the session. We also have fun!

Madrona Neighborhood Workout Class

We mix cardio with resistance for an all-around, energetic workout. We move outdoors for the spring and summer and back inside in the fall and winter. Come workout with a non-competitive; fun group of women.
