An avid, international mountain climber, her professional background includes 11 years of sales and marketing at Starbucks Coffee. Christi’s outstanding leadership ability and natural enthusiasm has motivated women to complete triathlons, 10K races, and summit climbs of Mt. Rainier. Not to mention health and fitness goals for pivotal life moments like class reunions-and weddings!
Christi’s credentials include:
ACSM- HFI® and
NSCA -CPT® certification and a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington

Brooke has been a member of The Healthy Bride and The Healthy Goddess team since 2004 and leads personal and group sessions in the Seattle area with a focus on whole body health.
Her early fitness years were spent as a competitive gymnast followed by basketball, track and a division one volleyball scholarship. In addition to training, she currently coaches club volleyball for Island Thunder Volleyball and teaches Physical Medicine to medical students.
Brooke is a Bastyr University graduate and brings the naturopathic principals and holistic health education into the exercise experience.

Stacie Chavez – Eastside Instructor

Meet Stacie Chavez! Your Bootcamp Instructor! Stacie loves getting the chance to bring fitness to
women of all abilities and believes that fitness is truly something for everyone. Having spent
15 years as a District Sales Manager for a large Fortune 500 company, Stacie chose to leave the
corporate world last year in order to spend her time helping others attain a healthy active lifestyle.
Stacie is also a busy mom to grade schoolers, Isabella and Ian.
When she’s not tending to the kids’ hectic schedules, she likes to set a healthy example to her family. She stays active with a dedicated schedule of hiking, cycling, running and swimming. Stacie’s passion for instructing group fitness comes from her love of helping people reach their fitness goals and live a fully active and healthy lifestyle.

Jen Longtin – Seattle Instructor

Jen Longtin
Jen is thrilled to be a new coach in the Green Lake/Phinney area for The Healthy Goddess. She believes fitness is a way of life and loves to give women the tools and programs to be strong and lead active lives.
Jen has a degree is Exercise Science from Michigan State where she graduated magna cum laude. She moved to Seattle shortly after to work in Physical Therapy, for the next 4 years. She has worked with college and professional athletes, and adults of all ages.
While spending the past 10 years in start ups and digital media, Jen has kept her passion for health alive by spending time learning Pilates, Yoga, “Cross Fit”, and the latest health studies.
