Group Programs

Ms. Bootcamp
We mix cardio with resistance for an all-around, energetic workout.
We move outdoors for the spring and summer. We meet Tuesday, Thursday (Lincoln Park and Madrona); Wednesday in Mt. Baker and Saturday (Phinney) mornings. Come workout with a non-competitive; fun group of women. MORE

Hills and Trails Training
This class is for anyone looking to use gravity as a training tool. We will be focused on running hills, stairs and trails. We will add in some body weight strength work just to break things up. MORE

Hard Core Bootcamp
This class is for those who love to run, but are looking for a little more "push". We run stairs, hills and sometimes trails. We do lunges, pushups and arm circles. We try to continue to challenge ourselves throughout the session. We also have fun! MORE
